Servicing the Mid-Ohio Valley area since 2002, Gator Document Shredding has been keeping West Virginia and Ohio businesses secure and confidential by providing on and off site shredding.  Mobile shredding enables companies to properly dispose of important documents that could compromise clients’ privacy.  Gator Document Shredding is both HIPAA compliant and FACTA compliant. Gator produces a smaller shred than our competitors and our shred size is IRS Compliant.

Gator Document Shredding goes through great measures to ensure that all documents and media are disposed in a secure and confidential manner.  Containers are filled with the items that are to be shredded and then locked prior to leaving the building.  The items are then put into the mobile unit shredder and destroyed on location. 

Gator Document Shredding is committed to protecting the environment.  After the material is shredded it is taken to our new secure facility where it is baled and sent to the paper mill to be recycled into items such as paper towels, toilet paper and/or napkins. Recycling paper saves trees, conserves water and reduces the amount of waste going to landfills. According to the EPA, in 2005 paper made up 34.2% of landfill waste.
